1. Scope of these terms
These terms cover the Marketlab website, documentation, and access to related services. Marketlab provides software for reading market data, researching strategies, running backtests, and operating configured trading jobs. You can contact Marketlab through @gurtcrypto on Telegram.
Software and third-party components may be distributed under separate licenses. Those licenses govern the rights they grant; these terms do not replace them.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
Use Marketlab only when you can lawfully use the software and the providers you connect. You must have authority over the accounts, machines, and credentials used for your instructions. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.
Do not use the website or connected services to gain unauthorized access, steal credentials, disrupt infrastructure, misrepresent your identity, manipulate markets, or conduct other unlawful activity. Applicable venue rules, data licenses, sanctions, and access restrictions remain your responsibility.
3. Research and trading decisions
You decide what to research, which strategies to run, what capital to allocate, and when to authorize or stop execution. Examples and documentation explain software behavior; they are not a recommendation to enter a trade or a promise of profitability.
Historical backtests depend on their data and simulation assumptions. A dry run validates or previews a plan without submitting it. Neither guarantees real-world fills, liquidity, prices, future results, or protection against losses. Trading, including automated and leveraged trading, can result in significant losses.
Jobs can continue after the deploying terminal closes. Monitor the host, daemon, network, account state, and venue. Stop commands, cancellations, and risk parameters remain subject to runtime and venue behavior; an interruption may require direct action at the venue.
4. Your installation and credentials
You are responsible for the machines, dependencies, scripts, and credentials you use. Protect local storage, restrict access, maintain suitable backups, and revoke compromised permissions at the venue. Delegated agent keys may be retained locally in unencrypted files protected by operating-system permissions.
A Python strategy can use the permissions available to its runtime. Do not assume that an untrusted script is safe because it runs in a separate process. Review automation and execution plans before authorizing them.
5. Providers and costs
Exchanges, data sources, hosting providers, and other connected services operate independently. Their availability, supported markets, rate limits, account approvals, network rules, and fees can change. Marketlab’s support for a connection does not guarantee access to it.
You are responsible for applicable venue fees, subscriptions, hosting charges, network costs, and taxes associated with your use. Any Marketlab-specific charges must be separately disclosed before agreement. A temporary campaign or builder-fee offer does not mean every trading cost is waived.
6. Changes and availability
Features may change across releases. Match the CLI, daemon, documentation, and provider configuration to supported versions. Preview features may be incomplete, and no uptime, latency, execution-quality, or profit commitment is created by these terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant software license, the software is supplied without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or suitable for every trading strategy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Ending use
Stopping use of the website or uninstalling software does not automatically close positions or revoke venue permissions. Review active jobs and orders, manage positions directly where necessary, revoke unwanted agents, and handle retained files and backups deliberately.
8. Updates and contact
These terms are effective September 16, 2026. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
